Fee Structure

  1. In case of new admission – Registration & Admission Fee, One Month(three months) Tuition Fee, Computer / Smart Class Fee &
    Term Exam Fee will be collected in advance at the time of admission.
  2. For existing (old) student one Month (three months) Tuition Fee along with all onetime fee (Annual charges)will be collected during the month of April.
  3. Fee collection dates are from 1st to 15th of every month.
  4. All payments are to be made before 15th of every month failing which a fine of Rs 100/- will be charged extra for late payment.
    Eg: -Rs.100/- Monthly will be applicable after due date
    Like - July Fee is due on 15th of July
    If paying on or before 15th July – No Late Fee will be charged.
    If paying after 15th i.e from 16th to 31st July – Rs. 100/- fine will be chargeable.
    If paying from 1st to 15th Aug Rs 100/- will be chargeable for July dues and
    If paying from 16th Aug to 31stAug - Rs. 300 /- will be chargeable ( Rs 200 for July &Rs 100/- for August dues) ..... and so on.
  5. Fee counter timing is from 8.30 am to 3 pm for all classes at the School office. (As per schools timing)
  6. Fee card should be kept carefully and in case of loss, a duplicate will be issued on payment of Rs 20/-.
  7. Fee card should be brought compulsorily for fee deposit.
  8. All students should clear fees or dues before collecting their hall-tickets(Admit cards) for immediate next exam.
  9. Discounts: -
    a. Annually - 06 % (in case total fee is paid in advance on or before 15th July,2023.
    b. Half Yearly - 03 % ( In case half of the total fee is paid in advance on or before 15th July, 2023 and second half is paid on or before 15th Oct.2023 )
    c. This will also be applicable in case of Transport fee. (X)
  10. Fee will be charged for 10(12) months only.
  11. Fee may be paid through cash / Cheque / Online. Online payment will implemented wherever possible.
  12. For Cheque bounce fine charges Rs 250/- will be applicable.
  13. Incentive:-
    Incentive will be given to those responsible for collecting above 90 % monthly fees.
    • Incentives will be considered for current month collection only, in case previous month collection and old fee
    collection it will be not considered.
    • Incentive will be 1 % for the target month collected amount. (For teachers? )
  14. General:-
    • Mark sheet of fee defaulter students will be withheld and marks will not be disclosed to the students/ parents
    wherever fee is outstanding and TC will not be issued to fee defaulters.
    • Any fee consideration can be given only with the approval of Director, Education.
    • Periodical review of fee collection to be made by Principal/ Manager, Class teacher.
    • Periodical PTM to be organized for creating good rapport with the parent.
    • Ensure that by 15th of March 100 % old pending Fee and current session fee is collected.
  15. Transfer certificate will be issued only after obtaining No Dues certicate.
  16. A caution money of Rs 1000 will have to be deposited, which will be refunded at the time of issuing TC.
